On Wednesday, April 20, 13 admitted students came to mingle with members of the faculty, our partners WFUV and WNYC, advisory board members, the director of Career Services, and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences staff to enjoy everyone’s company and find out more about the program. We gathered at the Donald McGannon Center for Communication Research at Fordham’s Rose Hill Campus to celebrate the launch of the new program and highlight several wonderful developments, including Spring 2017 courses taught at WNYC and WNET, as well as an imminent agreement with America Media for curricular and extra-curricular collaboration. It was a wonderful evening of good conversation, food and wine, and an auspicious beginning for the new program.
